First of all: I thought this was a tutorial. Put something like [REQUEST] in front of the title.

Then to your question; As far as I know about lua (which is a lot) there isn't a convenient way of doing it, it would require you modifying the wiremod and that would block you from updating it.
If you want to restrict wiremod to admins you might want to switch to ULX and add URestrict to it. That will do the trick.
